Hi Janine, most people will never shoot here since it seems like there is no action. I started out here 5,6 years ago and I am used to having no action (most of the time). This lone bird probably got lost and landed on the mud beach about 60, 70 feet away and I know that at some point she will takes off and aimed for her the whole time. It paid off!  :-)

 

I got the whole series of 10... 14 shots ..  from spreening to stretching with the wings up and then the takes off and this one is the best one, I think!
