Dallas

This is the roughest district in Dallas, I don't usually wander there

by myself carrying an expensive camera... But yesterday was different,

it was cinco de mayo and I knew there would be people and security on

the streets. I found this gem in a poor neighborhood. It is a cultural

center that caters to children, providing arts lessons. Your comments
