Interesting option to photograph the bird with the wings in this position, it looks like a hug with its reflection.I see a bit of a halo around the wings, I think it's a nice capture but I would have maybe liked a different wing position.

Tm, a very good shot that is sharp and ell focused.  Love the crystal clear water and reflection.  I know we have this bird in Texas but I have not had the opportunity to see one.  Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Milton! In sunny or mostly sunny day I normally get great lighting in the morning ... along with the smooth water surface. Generally, the afternoon is not as good since there's always a bit of wind and that make the water not smooth and no reflection
