There is always something poetic in your portraits, but beyond that, in their simplicity there is also the story that they tell. You will find minimalism in literature and painting, but to my knowledge it is rarely compared to photography.

Hemingway said that if you know a subject well, you can leave out many of the details.  In the same sense, your images are filled with information that the viewer must search for and interpret. It is a challenge and one always worth pursuing. I do not want to say what I see in this photo, this is not about me but the picture. Enough to say that as always, I appreciate the richness of tone and of message that accompanies it.
