Even with a bit of noise, the detail on this is very good.

I think that some of the noise must be brought out by overuse of the Shadows/Highlights filter.  I need to check to see what happens with every iteration of that filter.

Sharpening also exacerbates noise.

I think that I need to review my sharpening algorithm--and post-processing in general.  At ISO 200, noise should be almost non-existent--and this photo was taken at ISO 200.

Lannie,  The foreground in the larger view reveals more detail in the shadow areas.  It's the light and textures that are appealing to me here.  The texture on the shadowed side of the building adds interest and detail to the shingles.  Also, the light and darker neighbor houses add interest. I think there is some noise in the shadowed areas, but it's certainly not a problem, just what goes with the territory in darker areas.  Nice image.  Larry
