AJBart 9 Posted May 1, 2014 Very nice Radu. Love the softness of the petals and nice clarity to the water droplets!!! Excellent bg also. AJ Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted May 2, 2014 Again,a most impressive image with such crisp details and of course that background is just added value. Those waterdrops add a special touch;I am curious to know if you add these as the other parts of the flower are dry.Choice work my friend.Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
jim_j2 9 Posted May 2, 2014 Love the softness displayed here and the solemn mood it presents! The droplets are a plus indeed but, in my opinion, . . . even without them the shot of the flower would stand tall! Regards always,Jim j. Link to comment

krpradu 125 Posted May 2, 2014 Laurent,I bought a bouquet of Dianthus(this specie with small flower, very nice fragrance and long life inside house in a vase).I did this photo inside(line reflection on all three drops is the window),I just want to exercise more with water drops and put with pipette this on dry petals, not easy but did it.I used here sigma70mm macro and to achieve this image I did 11 shots(tripod used) and blend them, some light-shadows work on PS.This time I wanted to be clear as much as possible and petals softness to be seen too where in reality is,from roughly 5cm from flower is almost impossible with macro lenses to have from foreground to bg a sharp image,is true that can be interesting too one image with clear water drops and blur bg but this time was my choice for this.nice to chat with you about this,a very good day to you.
