It was driven to the car show: but what is it?

It took some doing to get this old sedan going.I like the vision of the builder to see the nose of that Farmall tractor introduced between the fenders to acheive this unique look;I also like the sense of humor of the builder to sit that skull on top of the air cleaner.I am saving this one in my Favorites and will share it with a friend whom has this sort of vision which he has already applied to an old fire engine and is currently using  parts of a tractor as here but in some motorcycle project.I will dig up in my old stuff  to upload here.Good work here!
