Well exposed but I don't believe you have done justice to the subject in this shot.  The flag coming from the head, centered shot, way too much empty space, cutting the building off ...  Did you try other compositions?

Montgomery: thanks for your visit and comment. I agree with you but I must say I was in a hurry (walking and very late for a meeting)...no excuse but this was the best I could do...Best regards.
