Hi Laurent

I was rating images at work.. when i scroll to the next one i only see the top of the image but i immediatelly knew this is yours.. Good to see the melting ice and the open water finally. This is a very well composed scene the open water leads my attention thru the scene to the far end.

My complements.

At work!Careful...unless you are working for yourself.Thank you for the kind observation.Actually, this is a shot on a low marshy bed which in normal situation has a small meandering brook sensitive to the tide action as the harbour is just beyond the treeline on the far end. This flood situation is the result of the spring melt-off combined with the high tide.

What a beautiful spot you found to spend a day taking photos! And your photos certainly do justice to the scenery! Gorgeous!

No day outing here, just a stop and shoot on the side of the road on the way to town to pick up grocery essentials. The timing was good as it was high tide and the marsh was flooded.Thank you for looking in and for the kind observation.Today is nice and sunny-Great Easter day and I wish you and yours a happy one.

Thank you for the kind appreciation. This is a tide sensitive area and what is normally a small brook meandering in the open area was very wide as this was seized at high tide.
