I missed this one when you first posted it. It's so oddly balanced that it kind of lodges in your brain and exerts its own sense of gravity. You can always spot a photographer with a compelling vision; the work seems to have force, derived from an innate understanding of the power of pictorial relationships to relate to and resonate with certain inner states. I hope you will favor us with more frequent photographs in the future.

big thanks for your encouraging (and very well expressed) comment :-)

We've been travelling the last two weeks, therefore, I was a bit silent. More work will follow (yet, I also need to go through several Gigabytes of photos I carried home...).

Intriguing composition indeed. I like the way you composed this to practically the utmost extreme...

That tiny touch of treetop at the RHS is essential for the pic i think & I therefore wonder what it would look like if it were a 'tad' more prominent...? (not quite sure though & talking in mm...)

The position of the tree & the specks of flying leaves add to a sense of movement -- almost as if a magnetic force is at work...
