You could say that this church is my ''Bread and Butter'' subject to which I turn whenever I need a photo fix;there is always an image to be had here.Thank you for the kind observation.

That church and the landscape surrounding it photographs well in any weather. But you already know that!! Very nice shot and I love the reflection of the steeple in the water!! Tres bien!!

Excellent colours, great details! I would crop an inch from the right to move the church from centre though...

Great shot!  How are you liking the D7100?

I love the lens...need to get out more with it as the snow melts.

Regards!

Hello Laurent. This is a beautiful scene, I love the church, the snowy landscape and the reflection of the  tower. I agree with Vlad. A crop on the  right, and you get a beautiful square format with a composition more balanced .  But I like this picture very much!

Regards,

Rosario.

Merci bien for the kind appreciation.I initially stopped to seize it because of the good sky and then I saw the reflection.

Thank you for the observation.I initially contemplated the square format and started by cropping out most of the road and busy powerlines on the left which left the church slightly offcentered on the right;then I got ambitious and stretched it to the right to include the top of the cross and the snowed in cemetery. You are right in that I should have left it square.

Thank you kindly.I have been using the D200 c/w grip for some time now and the D7100 even with grip does not feel as sturdy but I appreciate the loadfull of pixels when comes time to crop. The WA lense is my favorite and has now claimed permanent residence on the new camera.Yes,it is good to see that snow going.

Thank you kindly for the comment and for taking the time to rework the crop.As I noted to Vlad above,I agree that the square format works well here.

Gracias y saludos amicales-Laurent

Thank you kindly. The scenery is now changing rapidly with the slightly warmer temperatures and some rain which is helping the snow melt.
