A beautiful composition. The curve of one structure has been creatively used to frame the straight lines of two other structures. The contrast seems to have been enhanced to highlight the lines to create the feel of a graphical composition. A bit burning-in of the details below the flyover would have reduced the bit of diversion of the focus. A bit graying of the sky would have reduced the contrasty feel of the image.

I think I stood in that very spot at City Hall many years ago. Excellent location for this shot of Old City Hall Bill ! Excellent detail and processing!
