Renovated - solana beach, ca

In neighborhoods where even if a second story is added, there would be no

ocean view. This keeps the price much lower than those homes with a

view. It also makes it feasible to not max out the lot with a McMansion and

to keep the old neighborhoods with the original feel. Not to say that there

are not more modern homes intermixed in them but many more old homes

are not just scraped off the land to make way for the 'new'. Thanks for the

Reminds me of pictures of the homes of old Hollywood, I've seen and that movie with Angelina Jolie where her kid goes missing and they find another kid and say its her son a few years later...I can't remember the name. Oh 'The Changling' I think.   Good to preserve these places, since in time who knows. Is California going to fall into the sea?  Hope you can swim Raymond ;)  yadda yadda.
