overdiep 0 Posted April 2, 2014 Pierre, Now you have put all the elements together, ha. I smiled when I saw the tree in the ball. I hope you are happy with this latest solution. I suppose you had a second dream. Best regards, Marco Link to comment
AJBart 9 Posted April 2, 2014 Interesting transition from your previous version. I have studied both and although they each have their own uniqueness I for some reason prefer this one the most. Almost as though this one is more complete and the other was lacking something. Always thought provoking! !!!!! AJ Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Hey, Marco! I'm glad you smiled, the tree is there partly because of you, ha! Thank you for your nice cooperation, my friend! PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 AJ, I wouldn't agree that the previous lacked something, simply this is another picture and the previous was very simple and the beauty is sometimes in the simplicity! Here we involved the rider which is the central figure now and it's the reason why I said that this is another picture! Thank you for your continuous cooperation! PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Thank you for your attention, dear colleagues!PDE Link to comment
jorge_fernandez3 0 Posted April 2, 2014 Not me, but Madeline Allbright of all people said for the media to publish it! You are always giving us images for food for thought my friend. But I feel The Rider With Ball implys that you want to push us to take risk and be creative and bold! The best verssion! Warm regards. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Well said, Jorge! Thank you for your understanding of boldness and balls, ha! PDE Link to comment
Elstad 3 Posted April 2, 2014 Quite intriguing this is my friend... a search for meaning amongst the roots. I do visit you often. I'd make more comments if you posted new work more frequently :=}-r- Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Thank you, Raymond! When I said you owe me two, I meant this one and the previous which weren't decorated with your precious presence, my friend! Cheers to that! PDE Link to comment
AJBart 9 Posted April 2, 2014 Yes I see your point Pierre. I should not try to compare as they are to separate entities unto their own, each with their own attributes. Wonderful work as always!! AJ Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Yes, I knew you will understand my point, AJ! Thank you again! PDE Link to comment

jim_j2 9 Posted April 2, 2014 I must confess, . . . at the time of viewing this one I have not yet looked at the "series" I'm reading about in the previous comments. But, will head to your gallery as soon as I'm done here! As in all your Montages, I don't always get the true intent, . . . but I do enjoy looking at them and am always amazed at the processing skills and your sense of light and shadows! I can't yet figure out or at least become efficient in working with "layers!" My apologies for "not coming around more often" but, I don't spend as much time here as I used to and, find myself spending less and less time here as time progresses! Off to your gallery, . . . Cheers dear friend!Jim j. Link to comment
memoromano 1 Posted April 2, 2014 magnificent image like always compliments regards gerolamo Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Dear Jim, My intent on this particular picture was to solve the balance of the elements and I by the way added an element which changed the whole picture! Many said (on the previous you commented after this one) this and that, I also had some clue that there was something wrong with the balance on that one and all taken in consideration I did this one! Thank you for your visit and comments PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 2, 2014 Gerolamo, Thank you for your general compliments! Cheers my friend PDE Link to comment

mbh 0 Posted April 2, 2014 Just a beautiful piece of Art. Love the shadow of the roots of the tree, an unexpected detail that in some ways makes the shot for me. Link to comment
joaodebarros 1 Posted April 2, 2014 Hi Pierre! I like this scene: the tree, the shadows and the soft colours give a nice and soft mood...Best regards. Link to comment
JamieK 1 Posted April 2, 2014 it's weirder. breaks the laws of..... well... laws. best, j Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted April 3, 2014 Well, if I think harder Pierre, perhaps the balls could mean a search for balance in the Rider's life. They are suspended as in the other image, perhaps in this image, the beautiful 'tree of life' is 'grounded' it has a home. Maybe no matter where he travels, 'his universe' will always be in 'sync' ??? I find the image 'calming' perhaps that is why I think he has found 'meaning'.I tried!! :) I enjoy your lessons! :) you always keep me smiling Pierrre! Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 3, 2014 Welcome and thank you, Mark! That detail was the problem with the previous here exposed and several exposed on FB! Finally I solved it together with the position of the tree! And your comment rewards me! PDE Link to comment
