Thank you all for your compliments. It took me nearly a year to get comfortable with this image. I knew there was something here, but I thought viewers would think I was showing them an image of this man in the middle of a blink. This was not a blink, but pretty much how his eyes are. One is closed and the other barely open. I have always thought his eyes were smiling and I think that comes though here. He was gentle and very friendly and we shared some pastry from another vendor.
