I like the details here and the way the light bounces around the depth of all that yellow!

Of course, that very nice dark background really makes that yellow pop!

 

Not much in bloom here yet! But, I have given my 100 f/2.8 Macro a dusting off in anticipation!

Very nice even light on the flower Greg. You did a nice job with the exposure and composition as well. Black bg is a plus too. Nice work!
