I agree with Michail there is something elusively interesting here in this play of shadows against the harder geometric forms. I think part of the fascination is due to those two lamps like bloodshot eyes in the window on the left; they seem like beacons in a world caught between the hard and fast and the shifting shadow forest on the wall.

@Michael: in fact, the same impulse (a "balance" or something else, I couldn't quite grasp) made me take this photo. You have a point about the structure at the upper left edge - I guess, I should start my photoshop 'jackhammer' and try cleaning a bit more (cropping would spoil the balance too much).
@Jack: I also have a b/w version - but, I prefer color in this case because of the two red lamps.
There is a strange, most appealing kind of balance here. I do not quite grasp what it is but i like it.
Ps. The part of the balkony/window on the upper left corner is definately not a part the whole balance.
