Elstad 8 Posted March 30, 2014 Thank you for the kind words! Lucky we are to live in an old mixed neighborhood. Many of the older homes are still here but many are gone, replaced my architecturally designed homes. The people that have been here a while paid what in today's world is considered next to nothing for their properties while the new arrivals pay in the millions for the property and then more to build the home of their dreams. My wife's family started buying property here in the 1930's, so we are among the former group. Yes, lucky indeed we are. Link to comment
