I am not too sure about this one - I love the concept but I might have changed the point of focus.

No question about interpretation in  this street shot! I actually like the effect of the subject not being tack sharp in the photo.  Good capture!

I like your DOF on this...that the background is crystal clear (actually clearer than the foreground) somehow enhances this image without taking away "focus" from the subject.

He somehow strikes me as another pushy evangelical type who walked into your picture and tried to spoil it. I'm sure that that is not what happened, but I prefer to give that interpretation to it.
