jim_j2 9 Posted March 24, 2014 I've always wanted to get a shot of one of these roosters in flight! But, always in the wrong part of the country at the wrong time! Was pretty much the same back in the days a decade or so ago when I used to hunt Pheasants!Have absolutely no desire to hunt them anymore except with a camera but, I do miss the companionship of a well trained "Bird Dog!" You caught all the "pretty" features with nice details. IMHO, . . . their are few birds in North America that are as colorful as the male Pheasant! FWIW, . . . Both compositions are good and, I personally prefer the one with the full length of the Pheasant's tail! Cheers,Jim j. Link to comment
