Living by the sea

Nice light and the stone wall and road work very well to lead the eye into the scene. Great work Sidsel!

Firstly, I love the light and the scene and you have captured it superbly.  I like that late or early light hitting that wall and the inclusion of the road leads my eye into the image giving a lovely perception of depth. My intuition tells me to crop the blue section of the sky in half and then I sit back and reflect and I withdraw that idea completely.

I have just checked the rating and it is sitting below 5 and I find that disappointing. Maybe there is a new rating standard and I am not current. I will still rate this a 6.  Why not a seven - you would have to 'wow' me with something special.
