Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 17, 2014 OK, I give up. I don't know how you managed it but this gravity-defying explosion of silk sure makes one hell of an interesting picture. I swear, I never know what you're going to come up with next Link to comment
color 3 Posted March 17, 2014 I shot this with a monolight. The flash exposure was some fraction of a second so it does a good job of freezing motion, especially with lightweight stuff like the scarves in this photo.I don't know what I'm going to come up with next. I typically take about two hours during the shoots with models and I usually have some ideas to try out during that time. Those ideas frequently yield the best shots of the session. So, I knew these ladies would be there and the scarves, but the thought of them throwing the scarves up in the air came to me during the shoot. I took about 40 shots of that and this was the best one. Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted March 29, 2014 Well done Chuck!! You sure gave them a work out, but they seemed to be enjoying the frivolity of it all! Thanks for explaining how you arrived at this shot!kind regards, Gail Link to comment
