Yes, Connecticut is not a very flashy state. Taking flashy sunrise shots would be even more tricky since almost all the coastline that remains in a semi-natural state is in State Parks, and they open way after sunrise...
But over the years i've started to appreciate the more subtle beauty of the state. It was sure cold yesterday, but every 10 minutes or so the sun came out and I tried hard to capture the colors.
