Dear Bill, I like this colourful, unique and puzzling portrait!.

I'm amazed at the beauty of its bright colours and there're a lot of different ones, which makes the portrait appears cheerful and really attractive. We can say that the woman also seems "colourful", she seems to have an attractive personality. Her beautiful eyes are showing us what she's feeling or thinking...

A very good technique! and an amazing portrait, I love it. Somehow it reminds me of the graffiti style, it has certain characteristics which are very similar. A mixture of oil, watercolor, tempera, what? :)
