I really like the pov and composition. The offset chair creates a vantage point from which one can imagine viewing the scene and the barely visible jetty top right adds a sense of mystery.  I can't help but wish though, that the boat was uncovered........but then I think that's more a case of my curiosity than anything wrong with the image.

Nice and interesting composition: compliments!

So very lovely! I wouldn't know weather to peal the cover off the boat and go for a bit of a cruise or to just sit and enjoy the misty day.
