Hi Ross,   Yes, warm weather is to return.  We are having some indications, but it will be weeks before the snow melts.  Is this an HDR?  Do you think it's a bit too done?  The lilacs or purple blooms look great, but do you think the leaves appear a bit too surreal?   Nicely done.   Larry

This looks like an entry way to a classic estate.  I like the cobbled walkway, narrow picket fence, bordering lilacs, and extensive deciduous vegetation in the background.  It's a very pleasant view.

Hi Larry-No it is not an HDR image,Have not a clue how to create HDR"s I agree with your comments Thought when posting I had gone too far, but decided to take a shot,nothing ventured ,nothing gained.Will make revisions & post it later. Best Regards-Ross

Hi Ross,

this image looks to vivid and harsh for my taste. Somehow the lilacs blend in with the lush green foliage. Not sure how I would process it. Maybe decreasing the saturation in the greens a bit, while keeping or boosting the magentas.

The garden and fence are beautiful. Looks like a very nice place to be.
