I don't know much about 'bikes' and I'm not sure just how this one is classified. But it seems to be a very small one. I tried looking it up online, is it considered a kind of Moped??? Great POV for this street shot Michael.

Reminds me of the Hodaka, those great start bikes of the 1960s-'70s.

 

This one looks kinda farm rigged.  There's a space in the frame for a normal engine mount.  With the pedals it looks like a handy person rigged up something to get around town by any means necessary.
