What mostly caught my eye is the Cloud bank and its reflection and the angles they provide. It appears that they are highlighting and drawing attention to the "floating Grandstand." (For lack of better terminology!)

The subtle colors and calm water portrays a peaceful atmosphere on this day!

Jim,   The light and reflected angled clouds create a most interesting composition.   I supposed that the flow in the river may have made the reflections appear out of focus.  Maybe some sharpening would still help.  To me, the river is such a major compositional element that having it blurry reduces the impact of the image.  Still, this is a nice capture.  Larry
