I like this one (though it is the more traditional dune shot - and I usually prefer a different take on the subject)

This is a compelling natural subject and excellent photographic study of it. I do like the diagonal composition you chose, and I would definitely keep that -

but I think pushing it rightward to give 2/3 of the image to the lit ripples and 1/3 to the featureless void, might be worth a try.
