Maria this image has possibilities and I would encourage you to keep on taking more photos. There is lots going on in this image but I think the main subject is the people entering a building but you have much more than that in the image. Only you can decide what is the main subject and how much of the environment you should include to 'tell the story'.

In addition, I would like to suggest a color balance correction and to add a little contrast.  I have done a very quick job and I would say that more needs to be done.

Please do not view this critique as negative since I wanted it to be constructive.
