Good choice to go super high contrast, Chuck. I've done this kind of thing myself occasionally and sometimes it leads to surprisingly strong results as it does here.

I've had experiences like Jack, for you Chuck, it worked out perfectly!! Well done!

This was a high contrast image to start with and the "threshold" filter worked out pretty well to get this BW image.
