I often use Flower Images to transform into my Abstracts. In this

case, the images that I started with, had been slightly altered and in

a 'disregard' Folder. I have been doing some 'Housecleaning' on my

External Hard Drive and thought I'd take a peek in the folder. There

was an image I had started and gave up on. The layers were very

interesting, so I 'dove' in. Most often flowers, if they are bright, and of

course you have the green of the leaves, then there is potential.

These ones always remind me of Primal Colours. Actually at the

moment, I'm rather distracted. My husband just called out to me to

see if I had seen anything about an Earthquake in South Carolina. It

is reported to have been felt from Columbia to Atlanta, GA, but no

injuries. One site said it was 5.4, another said 4.4, occurring a bit

after 11 p.m. This is the last thing they need to deal with when you

consider all the snow that has fallen. (entered as Abstract, any visits

are appreciated, :) Gail)

I'm always fascinated by the faceted clarity and color you manage to achieve with your manipulations. They don't seem random at all but each has it's own distinct personality. I think this one is among your best.

Gail,

Excellent dynamic, bright colors. Lines & arcs flow together. Great symmetry, details spot on. Another beautiful image from you. Thanks for this one.

The best comments have been made Gail and they are all correct. I too have always marveled at the end result you present to us from its somewhat different origins. This one has a razor sharp finish much like a diamond. I have to agree with Jack, one of your best. Take care.

Best Always,

Holger

I like this one a lot. There's something about the crispness of the color changes that is clear and refreshing. It's just nice to look at.
