You're title perfectly encapsulated my impression of this photo. It's not as spectacular as some of your other landscapes (snowscapes?) but it has an absolute perfection of composition, balance and tone.

I saw it in a different your photo but here with this tone you change it and title fit.Is interesting how light can change the vision for same location.

my best regards

You are right.Same photo processed in another way comes out completely different which is good because I have to work with the same subjects over and over.Thank you for the kind observation.

This image is definitely better appreciated when viewed large.  The detail you retained in the snow is impressive to say the least.  The composition is spot-on with the building balancing nicely with the two prominent trees on the left.  The choice of B&W is perfect and the toning you went with is extremely pleasing.  Fantastic job, a solid 7 and another fav to my folder!

Thank you again. This old shed is a favorite subjet and I fear it will soon collapse but until it does,I will keep shooting it.On this day,all seemed to work together....the sky and the light coat of fresh snow still undisturbed by the wind particularly on the trees.I appreciate the top rate and the park in your favs.

Meilleures salutations-Laurent
