No merging; it is a mirror image. SS 4X8 mirror.

Original and striking.  I like the off-center balance but did you think about a square canvas and symetrical placement? Keith

Thanks for you visit and suggestion. Yes I did but I decided against it since the reflection is a bit smaller and there will not be symmetry anyway, but perhaps it in not a bad idea.
