Dear Douglas,

I am glad I clicked on this..the thumbnail doesn't even begin to do it justice. The light and shadows caught my eye. There is a wonderful play of lines and light in this. The clarity foreground to back has a lot to do with the strength of that play as the shadows and branches interact through the whole image...great depth and texture of the scene.

Wonderful light and composition. I would expect a greater tonal range from this kind of a scene. Is this an HDR image?
