Glacier NP Panorama (large available)

Jim,  This is certainly a spectacular mountain landscape.  We are tempted to photograph out of airplane windows ( this looks like it could be the case her; I don't know).  The problem I is that the view is muted by what looks like the glass window.  As such, it's not crisp and sharp as you'd prefer it to be.  Perhaps, I'm totally wrong about this.  What do you think?   Best to you.  Larry

The detail improves when viewed larger, so maybe it's an artifact of uploading and compression. I like mountains and I like this image! I like the relatively high contrast between the dark sedimentary rocks and the snow/ice. The composition  and subject may be a little bit conflicting. The mountains are steep and rugged, very dynamic, but the overall composition is full of horizontals, which counteract the rugged mountain landscape.

You had a really awesome experience there and for what you saw and felt there there are no words I think.Is a splendid huge landscape this one and large view shows very well this thing.
