Hello Pnina, If you google Santiago Calatrava, the architect, you will find much information about him. He is Spanish and has works all over the world. This is the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain or La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which is the city of his birth. A major project of several facilities, it is the first work that he did in his natal city. There is an opera house, an i max theater which is also a planetarium , a science museum, an oceanographic park and a multi use hall for concerts and more, which is the one at the far end of this image behind a bridge with the sweeping arch and cables. It is gorgeous and also an example of profligate spending, mismanagement and waste. The area suffers under the burden of debt that was created along with these beautiful structures. It is also a huge draw amongst architecturally minded tourists and the reason we went there. 

Your whole series on this art center is spectacular as the architecture itself. The angles, the illumination and the entire structure is well captured by you! Congratulations!
