It seems that you have come upon a herd of tires huddled together against the winter wind. That they should venture so close to human habitation is remarkable.

It does seem like this,but rest assured,these are not stray tires,but the perforated breed that work as wharf bumpers during the summer and have to reside out of water to avoid tide damage during the winter.Thank you for the concern and the kind observation.
