Indeed those clouds are interesting and I try from long time to do an experiment with a landscape like this and long exposure time to have a motion of the clouds caught in photo(and not did in PS) and rest of ground subjects sharp and clear(of course if it is wind down there would be difficult to have a clear image).I remember you said you have a new half ND filter,I think you can used for this kind of experiment.

a very good weekend my friend

Thank you for the observation.I used that split filter on this shot.It is a hand held shot and not a long exposure as I don't use a tripod. It was a little windy and you can see in the slight blurr of the clouds(not PP blurr) and of course, the same POV from my deck.....and you also have a good weekend, what is left of it.

Salutations amicales-Laurent

Laurent,  Excellent image.  The sharpness of everything in the image outside of the sky contrasts well with the cottony clouds.  Excellent light, terrific mood.  Did you create the cottony look or were the clouds this way when you captured the image?  Congratulations on a terrific image.   Larry

Thank you for looking in and for the appreciation. The "cottony" look was there; I just played with the saturation/contrast to give it some punch.I attach the out-of-the-camera shot next to this one for you to see.....Larry,while I have you, just wonder if you ever recieved that note I sent you re your upcoming trip to Peru?

Meilleures salutations-Laurent
