krpradu 125 Posted January 23, 2014 was only one with lot of white flowers round it,a bit of light on itand shade on the ground,wild flower are so amazing imo and there areso many details in it never seen with naked eyes,hope you like it.Inmissing of snow I went back to summer flowers photos I did tocompensate all this cloudy,foggy days. LenMarriott 9 Posted January 26, 2014 As I've recently discussed with Alf, I like the fact that you've allowed the subject to dictate the aspect ratio rather than trying to fit it into a traditional frame. You lucked out in having the bloom spot lit with the ambient light allowing the surrounding white blooms to be seen without them competing for attention. Their softer focus enhances that element. Opportunities like this are often presented to us but if we're not careful they go unnoticed. This one's a keeper for sure. Best, LM. Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted January 26, 2014 Len,I open your link for discussion with Alf to see what about and also think to your words here.Not all the time I have the opportunity to shot a moment so as it is,sometime light is changing in few seconds,especially on sunset,fog,clouds.About ratio aspect is a challenge all the time to create for viewer the feeling of natural,of space,perspective etc.Thank you for your comment.
