Shadows!

This series of winter scenes is just fabulous.  If I had to pick a favorite, it would be this one.  The tonality is dramatic enough, but the linearity of the structure and its shadows contrasting against the soft clouds that remain in the sky adds to the impact significantly.

Is interesting how same place can be caught in a so big variety of situation.I think this front shadow lines ''invited'' you for this photo,also your choice for bw with rich black tones is very good.

Thank you for viewing and for your so kind appreciation.The weather conditions have not been that great lately so I have had to limit my photo drive to these shots from my deck,sort of sneak out,take a shot and walk back in to take refuge in the warmth of the house.Glad you like this one.
