This setting would be a good place fro you to use what I showed in my image :photodb/photo?photo_id=17654460. Since you selected a 24 mm focal length lens, the need for F/7 could have been avoided by using the "Hyper Focal  Focus" technique that would have established a better "True DOF".

Now you image is good looking, but could be improved. Now, if the rocks at your feet might be closer than the 10 foot hedge in my shot, so a different Hyper Focal distance would need to be  selected , along with F/5.6, would do just fine.

Beautiful image, and the BW conversion works well to bring out the dramatic sky. As far as the composition goes, I would have taken a different approach: In my opinion the foreground does not contribute all that much to the image. The rocks (in the very foreground) are not that dramatic and the reflections in the pool are subdued. I'd say a panoramic crop would emphasize the dramatic expanse of the coastline.
