Et...SURPRISE,la pluie qui tomba était blanche et plutôt gelée.Trop foncée je dois comprendre;j'ai a maîtriser l'utilisation de ce nouveau filtre a intensité variable.Un gros merci pour la "tune".

Don't be as it has not been that great lately. This one was as my wife and I were coming out of the grocery store and I just happen to have the camera handy. The other shots with this same sky were taken at different spots on the way home.Thank you for looking in and for the observation.

Sometime phenomenons like this surprised us in what ever location and don't wait for us to see how we manage it.I saw once this kind of shadow line, looks like here very good, also small ice crystals in atmosphere did that nice halo.By the way I read your response to Pierre, what kind of filter did you used,PC or ND gradual?

lot of excellent moments like this to be

I agree with you that this sky would have looked a lot better anywhere else but a store parking lot.I looked for a Graduated ND filter that Stephen Penland had suggested would work well  and avoid the banding created by the circular polarizer/WA lense combination on some of my skies.I could not find this at our local shop which had this one,a GC-Gray which is not really graduated but 50/50 with a small transition. Here,I rotated the filter, much like a circ polarizer to have the color line follow that tilted cloud line;a little tricky but it worked.

Thank you kindly. The "skies" come and go;I keep my camera handy just in case and it sometimes works as in this shot.
