This image was caught exactly same January day one year ago, there was

a bit more snow, not like springtime weather that is now.Was in

afternoon with some fog on the hill, this oaks line with bg layer

caught my attention and this is the result.I increased in PS left top

saturation by my taste that in original was a bit lower than this, not

necessary good for all viewers of course.I wait for your honest

opinions for a better image next time.

Radu  you remind me of how beautiful the frost is! Not a sniff of a frost here in west Wales since well before Christmas, but lots of wet grey skies!

Very beautiful scene.

Thanks

Tony

Radu,a winter wonderland, although the sky colours is intruding into the upper branches so it dos'nt look real to me.Maybe just b/w would be all it needs.  Regards John

the trees covered with frost are always so beautiful. We had over a week of Ice on our trees, but it was not so safe for walking or going for a drive in the country, ice was all over the roads. It is so beautiful where you live. I think you adjustments worked well Radu. Lovely!

Laurent,I am lucky that my surrounding offer me easy some nice scene all seasons,is why I like very much this location.Unfortunately in some excellent wild old garden closer to me,like this one, become to be purchased by different investors for residential buildings, people that come in that new houses like the view, fresh air but charm of old garden wasn't there. This one in the image was bought last year and I am curious what will be here on the top of the hill.I will show you if happen the result to compare. All my best to you my friend.

John, you are right. When I worked the sky I saw myself that upper part of line forest that has some reddish influence fro the sky and removed part of it,seems that need to do it better. Also for winter scene bw will be all the time a very good choice, but some time I want to be as nature shows this.Thank you for honest opinion, appreciate.
