This circle round the sun(moon sometime)in a soft cloudy day is a nice phenomenon,I think is name is halo,due to refraction sometime is colored,very nice composed and worked imo with this blades.

Thank you for your observation.The halo was not that perceptible when I was taking the shot,but it came up very clear on the screen when I brought it up for PP.It has become relatively warmer and this might explain the phenomenon as you explain.
