frozen swamp I - Lake Louise sm

Good shot of the swampy area.Is this really frozen?Looks like a wet/milky surface and still some green in that vegetation....in January or is this from earlier.Whatever,an excellent image.

Yes, it is really frozen, which was great because I haven't figured ot how to walk on water yet. As far as I can tell (and I hope I am right because I went out on the ice of the nearby lake as well), we had several inches of ice, which s the milky stuff. But the recent rain put about half an inch of (liquid) water on top causing the reflections.
