jasonwallace 0 Posted January 10, 2014 Any suggestions on framing/lighting? I have another image in critique as well with less foreground that this one. I think I prefer the more dramatic sky and less foreground in the other image. What about you? Link to comment
bernardfancher 0 Posted January 11, 2014 Actually, this works quite well, better now as I see it than I would have supposed. The result of lowering the sky has the correlating effect of raising the tree, making it a more prominent feature of focus. I guess it just goes to show there is more than one way to skin a cat. stp 6 Posted January 12, 2014 I agree that raising the horizon line helps to emphasize the tree. The corner vignetting may be a bit too strong or abrupt; I'd want to compare it to alternatives with wider and/or lighter vignetting. Link to comment
