The color cast is quite attractive.

A well shot hand held scene.

The color cast is definitely what iniitially draws the eye; I assume that color is due to the type of street lamp. It has gives an eerie mood to the scene. It's like the viewer is a sort of reverse voyeur, waiting for some poor soaked person to walk by while he is warm, dry and unnoticed.
