So-so much "noise", on the clouds especially, that prevent me from enjoying anything here.

The idea of the noise is to add atmosphere and texture to the cloud. Best wishes William.

Yea, a little film grain might work in that direction, but this noise you have here looks like the noise we usually get when we over do it with sharpening or contrast. I am not saying that it is, it just looks like, at least in my eyes.

There is something compelling about this image. I like it a lot. I am not quite sure why I am compelled however. I guess part of it is curiosity. I really have no idea what I am looking at. (The structure I mean.)

David, thanks for your visit. The structure is the remains of the West Pier Brighton, an old victoria pier that has been gradually destroyed by the sea and fire during the past 20 years. Best wishes William.
