Very nice pensive photo. Maybe a different, lighter or darker, background to make the model stand out more. Maybe not.

This portrait has an abstract nature that I find very pleasing. The pose, the lighting, the background, and the model's skin and hair tone create minimal contrast and the lines lead the viewer's eye all around the image.

This minimizes the impact of the subject and makes the viewer equally conscious of all elements of the image, not just her eyes and mouth. Kudos to you both for a very imaginative image.
